Google Analytics automatically starts to measure your traffic and user interactions, like page volumes, clicking, clicking, site search, video engagement, and file downloads.
All of these must be self-branded with the option requirements. Any additions, such as phone calls or entire forms, are supported by using GTM regularly.
In your GA4 property, click "Configure" in the left navigation (picture icon appears).
Simply press the toggle name "sign in conversion" button for conversions that you want from this screen
